Clear your closet clutter. Go through your closet and grab every top, pair of slacks, jacket or outfit you haven’t worn in the last year and add them to your Goodwill box.
Tackle the kitchen. Spend just 20 minutes going through your kitchen cabinets. Take out dishes, utensils, pots and pans you no longer use. Stack them up in a box for Goodwill.
Spread holiday cheer by getting rid of old decorations. Fill up a box of holiday stuff. Include Halloween decorations, ornaments, Thanksgiving centerpieces, and anything else you no longer need.
Downsize your tech toys. If you have a used laptop, phone, or any electronics you’re no longer using, put them to use and donate them to Goodwill. Just be sure to remove your data before you donate.
Clear out your office supplies. You know you’re not going to use those extra erasers, but someone else can. Make room at your desk by boxing up supplies you never use and donate them to Goodwill.
Clear out your multimedia shelf. Find movies and video games you haven’t watched or played in the past year. If you don’t watch DVDs anymore, put them in a plastic box and add it to your donate pile.
Downsize your bookshelf. Gather your old textbooks and paperbacks that are collecting dust and put them in a box marked “Goodwill.”
